How much does it cost to ship items overseas?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being shipped. Shopsampars.com would have to be informed of the quantity of items being shipped in order to provide a quote. The shipping method required would also determine the final cost.

Can I purchase alcohol to be sent to the USA or Canada?

Unfortunately, while we are able to ship alcohol to most countries, customs regulations prohibit us sending alcohol directly into the US or Canada without a broker. This significantly increases the cost of shipping as a broker will charge upward of US$200 to do the amount of paperwork required. This may be the cost to process a shipment 1 bottle or 1 pallet.

Can I purchase alcohol to be sent to countries other than the USA?

Yes. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the number of items.

How much does it cost to ship items within Jamaica?

We deliver island-wide for J$1,600.00.

How long will it take for items to be delivered in Jamaica?

Delivery will be done within 2 business days. In exceptional cases it may extend to 3 days.

Can I order meats on the website?

es, however if you do not yet see what you are looking for, you may use the ‘contact us’ form or send us an email at [email protected] and let us know the quantity of meats you require.  We will send you a quotation. The gift voucher on site should be used to cover this amount.

We deliver meats to major towns island-wide.

Can I pick up at all Sampars locations?

The Sampars outlets do not carry the wide range of products offered on the website and at the main store. Prices may also vary throughout locations.  However, arrangements can be made for pick up at outlets if so desired.

What currencies can be used to pay online shopsampars.com?

We accept J$ and US$ currencies.

Can shopsampars.com make monthly deductions from my credit card and send groceries to my family in JA?

No. At this time Shopsampars.com does not store credit card information and so any payment to Shopsampars.com will have to be made by the credit card holder each time.

Can my family come in store and collect the cash instead of the groceries?

No. Shopsampars.com facilitates persons who are shopping for groceries for their loved ones in Jamaica. We do not disburse cash.
