A. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being shipped. would have to be informed of the quantity of items being shipped in order to provide a quote. The shipping method required would also determine the final cost.

A. Unfortunately, while we are able to ship alcohol to most countries, customs regulations prohibit us sending alcohol directly into the US or Canada without a broker. This significantly increases the cost of shipping as a broker will charge upward of US$200 to do the amount of paperwork required. This may be the cost to process a shipment 1 bottle or 1 pallet.

A. Yes. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the number of items.

A. We deliver island-wide for J$1,600.00.

A. Delivery will be done within 2 business days. In exceptional cases it may extend to 3 days.

We deliver meats to major towns island-wide.

A. The Sampars outlets do not carry the wide range of products offered on the website and at the main store. Prices may also vary throughout locations.  However, arrangements can be made for pick up at outlets if so desired.

A. The prices shown do not include tax. Tax is added in the shopping cart.

A. Payment can be made using a VISA or Master card credit card or a Scotia Visa Debit card. You may also purchase one of our gift vouchers in store, you will receive a code that can be used online instead of a credit card.

If you have a Jamaica National Account you may pay to your account using JN LIVE.

A. No. At this time does not store credit card information and so any payment to will have to be made by the credit card holder each time.

A. No. facilitates persons who are shopping for groceries for their loved ones in Jamaica. We do not disburse cash.

A. The recipient should bring a valid ID as well as the order number. There are times that persons may wish to make anonymous donations; therefore the name of the Shipper is not necessarily required.

A. The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Once we receive the data it is immediately re-encrypted prior to storage. By default, payment card data is permanently destroyed within 91 days of submission.   We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Sampars Membership Club is currently available to all our customers FREE of cost. Once you sign up and shop online, you automatically become a member.   You accumulate Loyalty Points from your shopping throughout the year and you can use these points toward future purchases.
