A. Unfortunately, while we are able to ship alcohol to most countries, customs regulations prohibit us sending alcohol directly into the US or Canada without a broker. This significantly increases the cost of shipping as a broker will charge upward of US$200 to do the amount of paperwork required. This may be the cost to process a shipment 1 bottle or 1 pallet.

A. No. Shopsampars.com facilitates persons who are shopping for groceries for their loved ones in Jamaica. We do not disburse cash.

A. The recipient should bring a valid ID as well as the order number. There are times that persons may wish to make anonymous donations; therefore the name of the Shipper is not necessarily required.

When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Once we receive the data it is immediately re-encrypted prior to storage. By default, payment card data is permanently destroyed within 91 days of submission.   We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
